Jeep overturns in Lewistown Valley

ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS An unknown man was injured Thursday after his red Jeep Grand Cherokee overturned after crashing and snapping a PPL pole on Valley Road in Lewistown Valley. The man was traveling north on Valley Road. Responding were New England/Walker Township firefighters, Tamaqua Rescue, Tamaqua firefighters and Tamaqua Ambulance. The man told firefighters he felt dizzy prior to the accident. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating. Tamaqua fire police closed that section of Valley Road during response and cleanup.
