Jacob S. Jackson, 18, of Wescosville, has been arrested by state police at the Fogelsville barracks on a charge of retail theft.

Police said he was caught by store security at the Wal-Mart Store, Lower Macungie Township, as he tried to leave the premises by concealing $40.95 worth of Magic playing cards.The incident happened at 1:05 p.m. Dec. 14.
