ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS After seeing the article in the TIMES NEWS earlier this week asking for people to help restore old and stored bicycles donated to the Tamaqua Salvation Army by the Lansford Police Department, Chuck Rodgers, a Pennsylvania State Constable, took it upon himself to repair five of them. Rodgers, who loves to fiddle around in his Tamaqua garage, stated his passion in helping those less fortunate. Above, Rodgers wheels out one of five bikes he is restoring. When he picked up the bike, it was unusable.
