A McAdoo couple were cited by police following a domestic incident on Nov. 19.

Officers William Homanko and Steven Homanko were conducting a Pennsylvania Buckle Up Campaign when they were dispatched to 244 W. Blaine St. for a reported fight in progress.Once on scene the officers spoke with both occupants, Jason Canaan, 28, and Katrina Corra, 25, who both claimed to have been struck by the other.Canaan had a lump on his head, which he said was caused by Corra striking him with a lava lamp.Corra said Canaan had slapped her across the face, but hit himself with the lava lamp, "going crazy," after hitting his head on a dresser.A family member took Canaan to the hospital. Neighbors told the officers there had been a lot of yelling, screaming and banging coming from the Canaan/Corra home and were willing to provide written statements.Officers charged both parties with disorderly conduct.
