A Schuylkill County woman is facing a charge of criminal trespass following an incident at a county business.

State police at Frackville said Leann Irene Baddick, 32, of New Ringgold, entered the scrap yard of J.W. Zaprasny's in New Ringgold about 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 25, without permission and without paying the entry fee. The area has a security fence, troopers noted, and she entered through a side gate.She was later apprehended by security personnel and turned over to troopers. The charge will be filed, troopers said.
