An exciting evening of wrestling will give a boost to those struggling with cancer.

The Zoostock WXWC4 Wrestling Benefit Show, to be held from 5:30-8:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 1 at the Panther Valley High School. Proceeds benefit the Carbon Tamaqua Unit of the American Cancer Society at Telethon 2013.

The highlight of the event will be cheering on Panther Valley's own Gene Snisky defend his WXWC4 Championship.

Tickets are available at Hiles Bros, Summit Hill, and the Sports Zoo, 390 W. Snyder Ave., Lansford. After the match, the wrestlers will be having a meet and greet at the Sports Zoo. Food will be available.

There will be a meet-and-greet with Snisky at 4:30 p.m. Friday, Aug. 31 at the Sports Zoo.
