A Summit Hill man was charged for driving under the influence (DUI) after police investigated a one-vehicle accident.

According to Summit Hill police, on March 8, at 10:49 p.m., officers received a dispatch for an accident of a vehicle, which traveled over the guiderail in the area of 20 E. White Bear Drive.An investigation revealed that the driver, Mark Goff, 36, of 315 N. Pine St., was intoxicated.He was charged with two counts of DUI and careless driving.
