Pocono Mountain Regional police reported on the following driving under the influence (DUI) arrests.

Police said about 11:45 p.m. on April 7 they responded to a vehicle rollover accident along Stoney Hollow Road in Tobyhanna Township. The driver was identified as Joseph Gilroy, 58, of Long Pond. Police said his vehicle left the road and rolled over onto its roof in a ditch.

Gilroy was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Pocono Medical Center, East Stroudsburg, for a blood test. Gilroy will be charged with DUI and careless driving, police said.

Police said they responded to a domestic disturbance along Greenwood Court in Tobyhanna Township on a date not indicated. Upon arrival officers found no one on scene but did recognize a vehicle leaving the area which was involved in a prior incident in the area.

Police made a vehicle stop and the driver identified as Christina Francis, 34, of Matawan, N.J. She was found to be under the influence and failed field sobriety tests. She was then taken to PMC for a blood test. She will be charged with DUI, police said.
