A Summit Hill woman was charged on two different occasions after she caused a disturbance at the Lansford Townhouses.

According to Summit Hill police, the first incident occurred on March 16, at 7:38 p.m. Officers were called to 105 Lansford Court, in the Summit Hill section of the Lansford Townhouses, for a disturbance inside the home. When officers arrived, they found Kelly Richardson, 19, of 105 Lansford Court, had damaged the property and caused a disturbance. She was charged with criminal mischief.On March 25, at 5:16 p.m., police wer again called to the Richardson residence for an individual causing a disturbance.Again they found Richardson intoxicated and causing a disturbance.She was charged with disorderly conduct and public drunkenness.
