Volunteers with the Schuylkill and Eastern Northumberland Chapter of the American Red Cross were on hand during yesterday's brush fire in West Penn providing food and refreshments to firefighters and state fire crews. Staged on top of the mountain with fire trucks is the chapter's Emergency Response Vehicle (ERV).
