A Montgomery County man was jailed in Carbon County on Monday after being picked up on a warrant for making terroristic threats.

Kidder Township police said Timothy Duggan Jr., 29, of Norristown, was arersted at his residence on a warrant charging him with making a bomb threat to the Boulder View Tavern, in Lake Harmony, on March 24.

Duggan was charged by Cpl. Niel Yurchak with four counts each of threat to use weapons of mass destriction and terroristic threats, and one count each of risking a catastrophe, recklessly endangering another person, and false alarms to agencies of public safety.

He was arraigned by on-call District Judge Edward Lewis, of Jim Thorpe, and committed to the county prison in Nesquehoning after failing to post $100,000 straight cash bail.
