Summit Hill police have charged or cited the following people:

Jon Lynn, 33, of 404 W. Ludlow St., Summit Hill: Aggravated assault on a police officer; resisting arrest; and two counts each of simple assault and harassment. Charges stem from a domestic dispute on July 25.Christine Wimer, 28, of 45 E. Berea Ave., Summit Hill: Possession of drug paraphernalia. Police filed the charge on July 7 after being called to the home on another matter, and saw the items on her dresser.Matthew Lasky, 18, of 142 E. White St., Summit Hill: Possession of a small amount of marijuana and paraphernalia. Police were patrolling a cemetery on Ludlow Street at 12:26 a.m. Sept. 9 when they saw a vehicle parked there. They spoke with an occupant of the car, Lasky, and smelled marijuana. The drug, and drug-related items, were found in the car.Kevin Gieniec, 29, of 135 E. Walter St., Summit Hill: Simple assault; recklessly endangering another person; criminal mischief; and disorderly conduct. Gieniec on Sept. 8 allegedly used a pocket knife to threaten a person who was dropping off items at his home, and to cut a spare tire on the person's car.Ian Thrasher, 37, of 233 Cedar St., Tamaqua: Theft. On Sept. 20, a resident told police Thrasher had been visiting his house, and took cash and jewelry.Travis Johnson, 23, of 43 Liesenring St., Lansford: Criminal mischief. Johnson was visiting a local establishment on Jan. 12 when he allegedly went into the bathroom and ripped apart a urinal.Ricky Christman, no age given, of 114 W. Fell St., Summit Hill: Simple assault and harassment. On Oct. 11, police responded to a report of a woman having been assaulted. Christman had left before they arrived, but was arrested when he returned.Erika Moyer, 45, of 137 W. Fell St., Summit Hill, and Michael Miller, 44, of 120 W. Fell St.: disorderly conduct and harassment. Police on June 27 responded to a disturbance between the two.Brian Gombert, 33, of 306 1/2 N. First St., Lehighton: Five counts of criminal mischief. On Aug. 28, police received calls about flattened tires on vehicles parked in the 100 block West Holland Street. An investigation found that it was Gombert who had flattened them.
