Left, Kyle Yannuzzi, general sales manager of Brodheadsville Chevy in Brodheadsville, presents a check totaling $1,585 to Jim Rienhardt, executive director of the American Red Cross of the Poconos at dealership's first Community Event. Brodheadsville Chevy partnered with the Red Cross for the entire month of March. For every vehicle Brodheadsville Chevy sold during the month, a portion of it was designated for the donation. At the last Friday of the month, the dealership held a finale, inviting the public in for free pizza and refreshments. There were prizes awarded including a big screen HDTV, multiple gas cards, multiple grocery cards, free oil changes, free car detailing vouchers, hats, t-shirts and other prizes. Yannuzzi said that the dealership will be partnering with a different local charity and every last Friday of the month, host a free public community event like the first one, from 6-8 p.m. "I've always believed it's important to give back to the community," says Yannuzzi.
