The Weatherly Area PTA will hold a Go Green Night on Friday, April 20, from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. in the elementary/middle school cafeteria. The event will show families ways to save energy and help protect the climate. It will also highlight helpful environmental lessons such as 3R's; Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

Activities for the evening will include a Relay Race called Trash or What?; a Go Green Family Challenge; crafts; refreshments; and a recycled give-a-way for every family. Bring a pair of old shoes to be donated to ShoeBox Recycling.Attending Go Green Night is an effective way to show a child how a family can work together to help make a meaningful difference to the planet's health.
