The auction was hosted by Houser Auctioneers. According to Houser Auctioneers, after the auction a sale on the home looked promising. The living area features hardwood floors and a fireplace. The house also features three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a full unfinished basement, back deck, and detached garage. The house is a 2,000-square-foot, two story framed home.
