A New Ringgold man was among 14 people who entered guilty pleas to criminal charges and were sentenced by Judge Cyrus Palmer Dolbin in Schuylkill County court.

Justin Ryan Green, 24, of 128 Pine View Lane, pleaded to charges of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance (CS) along Manheim Road in North Manheim Township, possession of drug paraphernalia, selling a non-controlled substance, criminal attempt and resisting arrest, was sentenced to serve three to six years in a state correctional facility. He also must pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education (SAE) fund and $150 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account (CJEA). Green was cited by Schuylkill County Drug Task Force.

Dennis J. Bachman, 23, Mahanoy City, on charges of possession with intent to deliver a CS in Mahanoy City, possession and possession of drug paraphernalia was placed on probation for 47 months, pay $200 to SAE fund, $100 to CJEA, make restitution of $478 to Bethlehem Regional Lab. Bachman was cited by Mahanoy City officers Cpl. Michael Dissinger and Patrolman Jonathan McHugh.

Michael Anthony Bevilacqua, 29, Shenandoah, on a driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol charge was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison with his sentence to begin Friday, Oct. 14, at 10 a.m. He also was ordered to pay a fine of $1,000, pay $300 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, attend alcohol highway safe driving school, He was cited by Frackville Patrolman George Parnell.

Jesse Boylan, 23, Ashland, on a DUI charge was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison, however, since he served 10 days in prison was granted immediate parole, fined $1,000, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, and complete safety school. On a summary charge of careless driving was fined $25 plus $50 costs. Boylan was cited by Ashland Patrolman Mark O'Hearn.

Paul Alvin Daubert Jr., 26, Pine Grove, on a charge of possession of a CS in Pottsville was sentenced to serve 10 days to 12 months in the county prison, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, and make restitution of $176 to Bethlehem Regional Lab. Daubert was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Eugene M. Yourey.

Robert Michael Dilorenzo, 23, Pottsville, possession of an offensive weapon (brass knuckles) was placed on probation 18 months, and pay $50 to CJEA. He was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Mark D.O'Toole.

Charlotte Jeanett Dowling, 42, Girardville, on a DUI charge was sentenced to serve 48 hours to six months in the county prison with the sentence to begin Friday, Oct. 14, at 5 p.m., fined $500, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $120 to Schuylkill Medical Center, and complete safety school. On a charge of fleeing police was fined $500 and received a concurrent six months probation and on a charge of recklessly endangering another person sentenced to six months probation to run concurrent. Dowling was cited by Ashland Patrolman Daniel Weikel III.

Leslie Jean Drumheiser, 38, Shamokin, on a charge of DUI was sentenced to serve 90 days to five years in the county prison, fined $1,500, pay $300 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $100 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, complete safety school and driver's license is suspended 18 months. Drumheiser was cited by Ashland Officer Richard Haraschak III.

Anna Iris Flores-Calderon, 37, Pottsville, on a charge of theft by deception, criminal conspiracy, receiving stolen property, giving false statements to authority and executing documents by deception, was placed on probation 18 months, pay $50 to CJEA, and make restitution of $1,620 to Pottsville Housing Authority.

Llewellyn Edward Frantz, 30, Pottsville, on a charge of simple assault was placed on probation 23 months, and pay $50 to CJEA. Frantz was cited by Pottsville Det. Steven B. Guers.

Edward V. Fredericks, 37, Hegins, on four counts of theft by deception by forging checks stolen from the desk of an employee at the Gratz Bank in Valley View Village, Hegins Township, was placed on probation for 23 months, and pay $100 to CJEA. Fredericks was cited by Hegins Township Chief Steven Lohr.

Thomas Anthony George, 21, Shenandoah, on a charge of simple assault and recklessly endangering another person was given credit for serving 103 days in the county prison and released on probation for 23 months, and pay $50 to CJEA. George was cited by Shenandoah Patrolman Christopher Zubris.

James David Hairston, 30, Pottsville, on a charge of simple assault with a deadly weapon on Dustin Ballard, Pottsville, (kitchen knife) was placed on probation 12 months, and pay $50 to CJEA. Hairston was cited by Pottsville Patrolman Kirk A. Becker.

Angelica Rae Harkins, 26, Minersville, on a charge of DUI was sentenced to serve 72 hours to six months in the county prison over the weekend, fined $1,000, pay $100 to SAE fund, $50 to CJEA, $50 to Catastrophe fund, $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center, complete safety school, pay restitution of $5,763.54 to Karen Kristoff and $1,579.50 to Clayton Donton, driver's license suspended 12 months and submit to random screens. Harkins was cited by Pottsville Cpl. Mark O'Toole.

She was previously in the Accelerated Rehabilative Disposition (ARD) probation program for first offenders but it was revoked for violating rules fixed by the court.

Each defendant must also pay a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
