Gretchen N. Rulavage, 215 North 20th Street, Pottsville, started a divorce proceeding against Robert J. Rulavage, 71 Valley Street, New Philadelphia. They were married May 27, 1998.

Set Bail

Bail was fixed by Senior Judge D. Michael Stine for Bryan Oswald, 18, formerly of 38 William Street Barnesville, at $10,000 percentage cash (10 percent), however, before he is admitted to bail has to secure a suitable place of residence which shall not be in the home occupied by the victim, William charles Oswald, III, shall have no contact with the victim, shall not possess, use or transport any weapon and shall undergo mental health evaluation. Oswald was cited by Chief Anthonbuy Kuklinski, Cass/Foster Townships Police and charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment.

Revoke program

Judge John E. Domalakes revoked the Intermediate Punishment Program of Debra Bitzer, 52, Orwigsburg, who had been placed in the special program after pleading guilty to driving under the influence of alcohol. She was sentenced to serve six months on probation but it was revoked for breaking the rules. She was re-sentenced, given credit for spending 32 days in the Schuylkill County Prison and released again on probation for six months and must complete Anger Management classes.
