Summit Hill police reported on a number of incidents.

Kenneth Monks, 29, of 109 Lansford Court, was charged with disorderly conduct after an incident at 10:58 p.m. July 15. Police had been summoned to 205 Lansford Court for reported fighting, and found that Monks was fighting an individual at that address.

Michael Halvorsen, 32, of 402 W. White St., Summit Hill, was charged with public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after an incident at 9:37 p.m. Aug. 26. Police had been dispatched on a report of a disturbance on East Ridge Street in Summit Hill. Halvorsen was highly intoxicated and causing a disturbance.

Ashley Orach, 25, of 10 S. Pine St., Summit Hill, was charged with simple trespass and harassment. after an incident at 5:50 a.m. Sept. 7. Police had been dispatched to 243 E. Hazard St. Orach was not allowed there, but had trespassed and was yelling at the resident inside.

Zachary Rossi, 26, of 253. E. Abbott St., Lansford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. On Aug. 11 at 2:12 p.m., police were dispatched for a victim who had fallen off a roof. He was taken to the hospital and upon checking his personal belongings, drug paraphernalia was found.

Harry Foerster Jr., of 128 W. Hazard St., Apt. 108, was charged with public drunkenness. Police were dispatched to 128 W. Hazard St. at 9:37 p.m. Aug. 21, on a report of a male lying in the street. They found Foerster Jr., highly intoxicated.

Nichole Fink, 24, and Kelly Richardson, 19, both of 105 Lansford Court, were charged with disorderly conduct. Police were dispatched to that address at 4:05 p.m. Sept. 2 on a report of two females fighting outside.

Stephanie Forrester and Amber Allen, both 19 and both of 532 Center St., Jim Thorpe, were charged with disorderly conduct. Police were dispatched to the Lansford townhouses at 9:50 p.m. Aug. 24 on a report of an argument. On arrival, they heard two females, later identified as Forrester and Allen, yelling at each other.

ŸPolice were dispatched at 2:06 a.m. July 3 on a report of individuals looking into cars. Upon investigating, police contacted three people. They filed a charge of underage drinking against one of them, a 15-year-old Lansford boy who had been drinking. A 16-year-old boy, also from Lansford, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia. The charges against both boys were filed with Carbon County Juvenile Probation. The third person had no evidence of illegal activity

ŸOn Aug. 5 at 3:56 a.m., police came upon a 16-year-old Coaldale boy. He was picked up, taken home and cited for a curfew violation.

ŸOn Aug. 11, at 5:31 p.m., police were dispatched to the Fell Street Deli, where an 11-year-old Summit Hill boy had taken an item from the store. He was charged with retail theft.

ŸOn Aug. 15 at 12:13 a.m., police saw a 16-year-old male out and about. He was picked up by police, taken home and cited for curfew violation.

ŸJune 10 at 9:50 a.m., police received a dispatch to respond to the Panther Valley High School, where people were doing community service. A 15-year-old Summit Hill boy had put markings on a wall and caused a disturbance at the school. Charges of institutional vandalism, criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and defacing school property were filed with juvenile probation.

ŸOn Sept. 1 at 11:48 a.m., police received a call to respond to the Panther Valley Middle School, where a 14-year-old boy from Lansford had made a threat in school. A charge of making terroristic threats was filed with juvenile probation.
