A Tamaqua man was one of three people who had their probations revoked by President Judge William E. Baldwin after a hearing in Schuylkill County Court.

Michael Todd Brode Jr., 21, 134 Mauch Chunk St., was re-sentenced to serve three months in the county prison with credit for having served 42 days. Baldwin also ruled 123 days of liberty be taken away and when released Brode must serve 12 months on probation.He had entered guilty pleas of escaping from police custody on two occasions but being recaptured shortly plus charges of simple assault, robbery and disorderly conduct.William Michael Zelinsky, 27, Pottsville, was re-sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the county prison with credit for serving 41 days. He had pleaded guilty to possession of a small amount of marijuana and drug paraphernalia and received a probation sentence.Justin Daniel Purcell, 23, Minersville, was re-sentenced to serve four to 12 months in the county prison with credit for having served 67 days. When released he must serve an additional 12 months on probation. Purcell pleaded guilty to recklessly endangering another person and received a probation sentence.SentencedMark Russell Antalosky, 45, Frackville, who was found guilty by a jury of assault of a person under age 13 was sentenced to serve nine to 23 months in the county prison by Baldwin and pay court costs. On a charge of corruption of minor must serve two years on probation, consecutive to the jail term.Melissa Jean Hines, 37, Pottsville, who had entered a guilty plea was sentenced by Baldwin on a charge of driving under the influence (DUI) of alcohol and drugs to be immediately placed on parole as she received credit for spending 14 days in the county prison.She has to serve 18 months on probation, pay a fine of $1,000, pay $100 to Substance Abuse Education fund, $50 to Criminal Justice Enhancement Account, and make restitution of $60 to Schuylkill Medical Center. On two summary charges, driving while her license was suspended, was fined $200 and careless driving, fined $25 plus $100 in costs.Each defendant sentenced must also pay court costs and a $50 per month supervision fee while on probation or parole.
