Outdoor service

St. Mark's/St. John's Episcopal Church will hold an outdoor worship service on Sunday, Sept. 11, at 10 a.m. at Mauch Chunk Lake Park.

Food pantry

The Shepherd House Food Pantry at Ebenezer E. C. Church will be open on Saturday, Sept. 10 from 9-11 a.m. Recipients must reside within the Jim Thorpe Area School District.

The pantry is located at 441 Center Ave. in Jim Thorpe. Call (570) 325-2855 for more information or to volunteer.

Community supper

The next free community supper at St. Mark's Episcopal Church, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 25, from 4-6 p.m. The meal this month will be baked ziti and salad.
