Tis the season to remember your neighbors. Temperatures are expected to remain in the high 30's over the next few days. It only takes a few seconds to call and check on your friends and neighbors. Non-powered phones should still work in case of a power outage. Don't automatically think your neighbors are fine. Also, use common sense if you light a candle.
