Families from throughout eastern Schuylkill County took part in the annual Family Fun Skating Event held Tuesday evening at The Strand Skating Arena in McAdoo via the New Life Assembly of God Church in Tamaqua. Anyone, not just church parishioners, were able to partake in the event, which was held via the church to promote family togetherness and laughter.Despite many attempts to skate with friends, Megan Belford, 12, laughs as she keeps falling.
