"The Doctor" (Layne Roberts) of Penn's Peak radio has been selected as the chairman of the American Cancer Society's 2012 Daffodil Days. Standing behind him are Bob Stevenson, the ACS volunteer chairman and Caylan Chanwik, ACS income development representative. The new Shar N Hope bear will be sold this year along with the daffodils. Daffodil Days starts Monday, March 19 through 24. Presale orders will be taken in January. Roberts has said that he will assist the program in any way he can and is looking forward to working with everyone.
