Lehighton Area Middle School recently held its annual Spring Art Exhibition displaying outstanding student art work from fifth through eighth grade art classes. The art exhibits were created this year include 3-D construction, printing, acrylic, tempera and watercolor paintings, drawings, and mixed media works. Juried art awards were presented for the following categories; drawing, painting, 3-D works, printmaking, mixed media, and paper craft for each grade level. Among the students taking part in the show were Mary Schaude, Emily Schaude and Diane Micheletti, instructor. The display was throughout the foyer and art room.
