Bryan Yates, 18, of Tamaqua, comforts a pet ferret which was rescued from the fire at the home of Paul and Anne Posey at 305 North North Lehigh Street late Friday afternoon. Quick response of firefighters helped limit damage to the attic area of the home. No persons were injured, nor were the family pets, which also included two cats, also rescued by neighbors.
