National Guard members led students through a physical workout that included several different stations around the perimeter of the high school gymnasium where students stopped to do a variety of low-impact physical exercises. This was all a part of the "Guard Fit Program" in which Guard members visit schools to train kids in such workouts. One of the goals of the program is to have kids build up gradually in their own spare time with simple exercises to keep them in good physical condition. The students for this day were members of the 9th & 10th grade classes at JTAHS. Coordinator for the event was Staff Sgt. Chuck Francisco, PA National Guard.
