Brian Plummer, 42, of Allentown, has been arrested on charges of driving under the influence of alcohol by state police at the Fogelsville barracks.

Police said he was driving a vehicle that was stopped at 3:48 a.m. March 16 at the intersecvtion of routes 222 and 29 in South Whitehall Township for a suspended registration. During the stop, the accused exhibited signs of impairment and was arrested, police said.
