Monroe County Crime Stoppers is seeking the public's assistance in an investigation.

State police at Fern Ridge reported that on Monday, June 28, 2010, troopers investigated a theft that occurred at the Radio Shack store, SR209, Brodheadsville, in the West End Plaza. A white male entered the store and walked out with a motion sensor when the store employees were not looking. The man removed the sensor from the original location in the store and placed it on a shelf near the entry/exit door.The man was wearing a purple sleeveless shirt with yellow writing and tan cargo shorts.Anyone with information of this "Crime of the Week" or any other serious crime or wanted person, is asked to call crime stoppers at 1 (866) 370-1518. Callers could be eligible for cash rewards and callers may remain anonymous.
