Liverpool, 28, of Baltimore, Md., was driving a 2008 Ford Fusion southbound when she lost control during a period of heavy rain. The vehicle spun out of control, went onto the left berm and down into the median. The car then struck a small tree cuasing it to roll over. It continued in the median and came to rest on its roof facing west.
