The Cressona Band presented a free community concert Sunday at the Heisler's Dairy Bar in Lewistown Valley. They will present another free concert at the Tamaqua East End Park on Wednesday, July 13, at 7 p.m. The concert is being sponsored by an anonymous contributor. Raindate is set as Thursday, July 14, at 7 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to bring a lawn chair.
