No injuries occurred during two-vehicle accident at 11:12 a.m. Thursday at the intersection of Route 443 and Mill Road, Normal Square, in Mahoning Township. Police said Michelle Redmond, 31, of Ricks Road, New Ringgold, was heading east on Rt. 443 in her 2009 Chrysler Town and Country Van and intended on turning left onto Mill Road. They said Richard Fedrigo, 47, of Center Street, Jim Thorpe, was heading West on Rt. 443 in his 2002 Jeep. Redmond turned in front of Fedrigo and the crash occurred, police said. Both vehicles had to be towed. Police were assisted at the scene by the Mahoning Valley Fire Department and fire police, Mahoning Valley Ambulance. The accident remains under investigation and citations are pending.
