A Monroe County man is facing sexual assault charges.

State police at Fern Ridge said Michael Vitagliano, 51, of 110 Blue Ridge Drive, Effort, Chestnuthill Township, has been charged with involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and related offenses.Troopers allege that Vitagliano assaulted a 15-year-old male from Effort. According to troopers the victim came to Vitagliano's home to perform yard work. During some of these occasions Vitalgaliano would pay the victim money for sexual favors.Vitagliano would have oral sex with the victim and would also masterubate the victim. This conduct occurred on about 10 different occasions, troopers allege, during the period of June 2009 and April 2011.
