Eldred Township supervisors received two Alpine Rose update letters

Eldred Township supervisors received two letters of Alpine Rose updates.

In a letter from Alpine Rose's attorneys, Fitzpatrick Lentz and Bubba, it stated that "on the proceedings before Judge Labuskes of the Environmental Hearing Board in regard to Alpine's NPDES Permit were concluded but for posttrial submissions. The posttrial submissions have now been completed and on June 16 there was a view of the Alpine property by Judge Labuskes, his Law Clerk and the attorney involved with the case. Judge Labuskes has not given any specific time frame when his decision will be rendered."In a second letter, this one from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation addressed to Richard Muller of Alpine Rose, it stated that the Department reviewed his submission for completeness, consistency and compliance with applicable Department regulations but found deficiencies that must be addressed before the review could continue. Some of those are:*Provide a copy of Deed 2380 to verify Right-of-Way information block*Deed and Title Certification for the property that the permittee owns*The Opinion must address all utilities and other easements within the R/W.*Provide proof of payment of taxes for this year and the previous two years*Provide a draft of M950 D1 Deed Fee Simple deed of conveyance with an 8 1/2" by 11" copy of sheets 6 and 7 of the R/W plans as an exhibit and attach a legal description for each sub-parcel to the draft deed as an additional exhibit. Do not execute this document prior to Department approval.*Verify there are no liens on the property being conveyed. If there are any liens, please provide the Department with releases*Provide a statement that there are no bankruptcy affecting the title*Provide a statement that no domestic liens are filed that affect title*Provide a corporate resolution or partnership agreement.The supervisors approved the Deborah Whitmore lot improvement subdivision request.
