Nicole Savage, 21, of 116 E. Early Ave., Coaldale, charged by Patrolman Brian Thompson, Rush Township Police, of two counts of retail theft from Walmart Store, Tide Road, Rush Township, and two counts of criminal conspiracy with an accomplice. She was also charged with one count of retail theft and criminal conspiracy at Walmart Store by Rush Patrolman Jonathan McHugh.
William George Manness Jr., 29, of 326 W. Rowe St., Tamaqua, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Peter Wysochansky, with simple assault on John Garret in area of Tiki Bar, criminal mischief to police cruiser, harassment and disorderly conduct.
Kareem Jamiai West Walker, 25, of 310 Van Gelder St., Tamaqua, charged by Tamaqua Patrolman Thomas Rodgers, with simple assault and harassment of Joshua Shupp outside Happy Ending Bar and disorderly conduct.

Thomas Joseph Cunningham, 24, Schuylkill Haven, charged by Pottsville Patrolman John Mohl, with four counts of criminal attempt to commit criminal homicide by attempting to strike police officers with his car, four counts each of aggravated assault on police officers, simple assault, reckless endangering a police officer, fleeing police, stop sign violation and reckless driving. Cunningham was also charged by Minersville Patrolman Thomas Hoban, with fleeing, DUI, reckless driving and exceeding the maximum speed limit by traveling 40 MPH in a 25 zone.

George Petrylak III, 38, Shenandoah, charged by Trooper Edward Lizewski with criminal attempt to commit criminal homicide by firing two shots over the head of two people seated on a sofa at 148 Mount Olive Boulevard, West Mahanoy Township; two counts each of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon (shotgun), simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and one count each of discharging a firearm into an occupied home and terroristic threats.
