I hope Mr. Rueda gets some restitution. Then maybe he can reimburse me for the work he left undone, all the problems we've had and the fact that we plain old got ripped off. I don't know how he sits on the Carbon Builders Board of Directors. Shouldn't someone in that position know not to tell customers to lie to the bank in order to get all funds released and then not complete the job more than a year later? Seems to me the people who sit on that board should not be poster children for "Shame On You" news segments.
