Coaldale Borough Councilman Joseph Hnat shows off the lapel pin and coin set he received from the Pennsylvania State Association of Boroughs. Hnat received the set for responding to a survey about conference attendance and the organization's 100th Anniversary celebration, which is this year. The annual conference and celebration will be held April 10-13 in Hershey.
