Bernadette Leo Fidler, 46, of Girardville, has been arrested by state police at the Frackville barracks on charges of retail theft.

Police said the incdient hapepned between 10:07 and 10:10 a.m. Dec. 21 at the Sears department store in the Schuylkill Mall, new Castle Township.Police said the store's loss prevention depeartment observed the woman attempting to shoplift from the store.
