Traffic citations were issued to the following people:Matthew Fisher, 24, of 13 Center St., Lansford, for driving under suspension at 12:05 a.m. Sept. 28 on West Patterson Street; Kyle Smith, 19, of 43 Polar Ct., Summit Hill, for obedience to traffic-control devices at 3:25 a.m. Oct. 23 at Bertsch and Parkway streets; Lawrence Mullen, 46, of 223 W. Abbott St., Lansford, for expired inspection and unauthorized transfer or registration at 1:14 p.m. Oct. 21 on East Patterson Street; Georgette Rimsky, 31, of 143 W. White St. 2nd floor, Summit Hill, for driving at a safe speed at 7:35 p.m. Nov. 3 on the 300 block of West Abbott Street; Michelle Massicott, 23, of 201 E. Kline Ave. Apt. 5, Lansford, for windshield obstructions-sunscreening and other materials prohibited at 2 p.m. Nov. 3 at Patterson and Centre streets; a 15-year-old boy from Lansford was cited at 3:21 p.m. Sept. 8 at Cortright and Water streets after being stopped on an all-terrain vehicle. He was cited for driving without a license, no insurance, no inspection, no registration, general lighting requirements, registration of ATV, and duty of driver upon approach of emergency vehicle; Frank Tobia III, 31, of 123 Gilbert Road, Effort, for driving without a license and driving under suspension at 4:20 p.m. Nov. 4 at Patterson and Springgarden streets; Jacob Bynon, 30, of 231 Pine St., Tamaqua, for driving without a license and driving under suspension, DUI-related at 10:06 p.m. Nov. 3 on the 300 block of West Ridge Street; Cindy Smith, 52, of 34 E.
