It was incorrectly reported recently in a Schuylkill County Court column that there was a mortgage foreclosure action against the property at 7 Nolan, Barnesville. The property was purchased three years ago and the owners have a clear title to it.

The reporter mistook a late sheriff's return of papers to the prothonotary's office of an old complaint which was included with new complaints just filed. There had been a suit filed against the former owner years ago which has been settled and the new owners now have a clear title.The old suit laid in the sheriff's office until payments had been satisfied.
