ANDREW LEIBENGUTH/TIMES NEWS Members of the West Penn Lions Club held their annual Christmas Tree Lighting and Community Gathering at the West Penn Annex recently. In addition to the festive tree lighting, attending families were treated to free snacks, refreshments, music, Christmas songs and visit by Santa, who asked the kids what they wanted for Christmas. Autumn Scott, 5, enjoys the newly lit West Penn Christmas tree with Santa Claus. Autumn is the daughter of Tina and Michael Scott of New Ringgold.
