Following this summer's suspension of meetings, the East Carbon County Democratic Club will resume monthly meetings on the third Tuesday of each month.

The upcoming meeting will take place at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 16 at the firehouse of Penn Forest Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, Route 903.Club members will discuss the congressional deliberations concerning the national debt ceiling and the recall elections in Wisconsin.New members are welcome.
