State police seized a D-3 cargo plane carrying more than 1,300 kilos of cocaine worth $130 million and arrested one man early today after the plane landed at the Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton Airport. The man, Harold Hill, 46, of Canada, is being held in lieu of $10 million bail in Lehigh County Prison. Officials said Hill was arrested by Bethlehem State Police after the plane, believed to be traveling from Columbia to Canada, landed at the airport to refuel shortly after midnight.
