The monthly meeting of the Carbon County Democratic Executive Committee has been rescheduled.

Instead of meeting on the first Thursday of the month, the committee will meet on Thursday, Sept. 9, at 7 p.m. at the Inn of Jim Thorpe. Billy O'Gurek Jr. of Summit Hill, chairman of the party, will preside at the session.
