Melissa Nothstein, East Penn Township, presented Carbon County Fair President Robert Silliman with a token of her appreciation at the September fair board meeting. Nothstein exhibited the Champion Rooster at the 2010 Carbon County Fair. The fair is very supportive of the 4-H program and purchased Nothstein's Champion Rooster during the 4-H Livestock Sale at the fair this past summer.
