A Luzerne County truck driver was injured when his truck tractor with flatbed trailer left Interstate 81 in Kline Township, Schuylkill County, and crashed down an embankment. State police at Frackville said Peter Fuller, 60, of Wilkes-Barre, was driving a 2005 Hino flatbed rig northbound about 12:07 p.m. on Tuesday when he lost control. The rig went into the median, then back across both northbound lanes, before it went through the right side guide rail and over a bank. The rig struck several trees on the right side of the road before coming to rest. Troopers said damages were heavy to the rig.
