Blue Mountain School District, in its fourth appearance this year before the Schuylkill County Assessment Appeals Board, was successful in having the assessments raised on 28 properties for 2012 taxes on properties located within the school district boundaries to bring the total to 130 properties whose taxes have been increased. Hearings are held at the courthouse in Pottsville. Rulings on the most recent appeals were as follows:
