Santa took a break out of his busy holiday schedule to help electrician Allen Briener, 35-year Tamaqua Borough employee, put up Christmas wreaths on Broad Street in Tamaqua. Santa chose to do this to promote Tamaqua's Spirit of Christmas event this coming weekend.
