The Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission is advising motorists traveling on the Northeastern Extension of the Pennsylvania Turnpike between the Lehigh Tunnel and Mahoning Valley (Exit 74) Interchange to be prepared for single-lane patterns to be in effect tonight, from 6 p.m. until 6 a.m. the following morning, and a daytime moving pattern on Friday between 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The southbound right lane will be closed between milepost A76.5-A73 for pothole repairs tonight.On Friday, starting at 9 a.m., a bi-directional moving pattern will be conducted for line painting between milepost A71.5-A76.5.The contractor's schedule is dependent on the weather and subject to change.For all construction updates, schedules and travel advisory information, visit the project website at
