A Hazleton driver is facing several charges from an incident on Nov. 2 at 1 p.m. on SR309 in Rush Township.

John Forte, 41, Hazleton, was traveling south when township police saw him losing shingles off the back of his truck. When stopped Forte gave police a false name and was found to be driving under suspension.
