Fatal crash suit

George Van Huynh, individually and as administrator to the estate of Linda Faye Huynh, 33 E. High St., Coaldale, filed a civil action stemming from a fatal automobile accident. Defendants are Regional EMS & Critical Care Inc., 700 N. First St., Lehighton, and Eugene M. Crostley, 392 Long Run Rd., Lehighton.

The suit states an accident occurred at the intersection of SR443 and Mill Rd., Normal Square, Mahoning Township, on Dec. 28, 2009. An ambulance operated by Crostley and owned by Regional EMS & Critical Care, allegedly collided into a vehicle operated by Linda Faye Huynh. Mrs. Huynh died as the result of injuries sustained in the crash, the suit states.

Negligence for the crash is alleged and detailed in the suit. Sought are damages in excess of $50,000 on each of two counts.

Bill owed

CED/Gahanna Consolidated Electrical Distributors, dba, All Phase Electric Supply, 750-R Cross Pointe Rd., Gahanna, Ohio, filed a civil complaint against Kan-Do Homes and David L. Blose, individually and as a personal guarantor, 3295 Forest Inn Rd., Palmerton.

The suit alleges a bill for services and merchandise provided by the plaintiff to the defendant is due and owed. Sought is $6,601.46 plus interest, costs and fees.
